Each session will address ways to get you to your goals, while keeping you safe and challenged.


  • We will discuss eating and fitness routines currently in place and set goals for each. Then collectively map out a game plan to achieve these goals so that it is something each client can commit to for the lifestyle.

  • Body Tempering is a form of preemptive strength preparation.  Helping people prevent injury, improve their mobility & stay game ready.


  • Disclaimer:  Body Tempering is NOT rehabilitation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, chiropractic or orthopedics; it has nothing remotely to do with medical practices, diagnosis, treating injuries or body manipulation.  It is a highly anaerobic method of strength training only!

  • Get After It Fitness is Lifestyle Fitness Coaching for everyday living & everyone. Helping clients Feel Better, Look Better & Think Better about themselves. Getting to know each client individually to create the best plan physically, mentally & emotionally.
  • Life happens!  Like most folks, I need to make time to workout & I struggle to eat well with a busy schedule. Everything requires our time & many times we put ourselves low on OUR list.  I bring real life understanding & lessons…helping you make yourself a priority.
  • For me it has not been an easy journey, I have had years… actually, decades of wrong thoughts & mindsets to overcome. I had to ignore numbers!  Numbers on the scale, numbers on my clothes & numbers on food.  I had to look at food differently, gain a new understanding of the balance between eating & working out.
  • It didn’t happen overnight…not even over a year.  I slowly chipped away little-by-little until I created new behaviors, new habits, new thoughts & a new life.
  • Looking back it was a long path…but in reality I’m still progressing & making changes.  You will never stop!  Evolving is part of life…inertia if you will.  If we stop setting goals & making changes, we will stop moving forward.
  • I am not the same person I was when I began this journey, nor will I be the same person tomorrow that I am today.  Life changes us… however we can also change our life.
  • You only get one body in this lifetime, make sure you take care of it!
